I have long been aware of the situation of the tule elk. I hadn’t heard much about the tule elk before reading about them on this website.

I think measures should be taken to get the ranches out of Point Reyes National Seashore. I think the ranches should be allowed to stay, but they should be more strictly monitored environmentally. I think the ranches should be allowed to stay, but their lease fees should be increased to reflect a fair market price. I think things should be left exactly as they currently are in the park.
